The clutch is made of high-quality steel and has been designed to ensure long life and reliable, trouble-free operation.
The following components are included in the package:
- Clutch drum
- Spider
- Separator discs
- Cork discs
- Thrust washer
- Sliding bush
- Circlip
Not included:
- Springs
All Cosa springs with a diameter of 9 mm can be fitted. Springs can be purchased separately in the shop, in different rigidities depending on the engine configuration.
Important:
The separator discs have different thicknesses and must be assembled in the correct sequence.
With the clutch completely empty, the assembly order of the separator discs is as follows, starting from the first disc inserted:
1. 2 mm separator disc
2. 1 mm separator disc
3. 1.5 mm separator disc
4. 1 mm separator disc
5. 1.5 mm separator disc
6. 1 mm separator disc
